This treatment includes; exfoliation, cleansing, mapping, hybrid tint, waxing, tweezing, a little makeup and concealing to finish.
A precision brow treatment can be performed every 3-7 weeks depending on current brow condition.
Brow lamination treatment*
This treatment includes; brow scrub, brow lamination, traditional or hybrid tint, waxing, tweezing, concealing, a little brow makeup and a brow sculpt gel to finish.

A brow lamination treatment can be performed anywhere between 8-12 weeks (depending on your current brow condition) and a maintenance appointment is recommended after 4 weeks.

How do I book an appointment?
You can book online, via social media, or by contacting me directly.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment via bank transfer and then the remainder of your fee will be taken at your appointment – by cash or bank transfer.
What happens if I'm late?
Please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in a shorter appointment or the need to reschedule.

What's the difference between Regular gel polish and Builder gel?
Gel polish adds colour and shine and Builder gel helps strengthen natural nails.
What is builder gel?
Builder gel is a strengthening gel applied to natural nails to promote growth and durability.
Can I have nail art?
Yes! Nail art can be added to most services. Please send inspiration photos before your appointment, this will be an extra cost.
How long do nail appointments take?
This depends on the treatment and nail art selected, but most appointments take between 1–3 hours.

Will regular gel or builder gel damage my natural nails?
When applied and removed correctly, nail enhancements should not damage healthy natural nails.
Can I have my nails done if they're damaged or bitten?
Yes, although the most suitable treatment will depend on the condition of your nails.
How often should I get infills?
Most clients return every 2–4 weeks to maintain their nails.
Removal & Aftercare
Do you remove products applied by other nail technicians?
No we do not remove products applied by other nail technicians so please arrive with bare nails.
Can I remove my regular gel or builder gel at home?
Professional removal is recommended to avoid damaging your natural nails.
How can I make my nails last longer?
Use cuticle oil daily, wear gloves for cleaning, and avoid using your nails as tools.

Can I bring children or guests to my appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled within a specified notice period may forfeit their deposit.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not typically offered, but any concerns should be raised promptly so they can be addressed.

How long does brow tint last?
Tint usually lasts up to 4–6 weeks on the brow hairs and up to 1 week on the skin, depending on skin type and aftercare.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before any tinting or lamination treatment if you are a new client or have not had the treatment within the last 6 months, or if we have changed our products since your last appointment.
Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
Yes, but it's helpful to arrive with minimal brow makeup so your natural brow shape can be assessed.
Can I have brow treatments while pregnant?
Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare professional and let me know before booking.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Avoid using retinol, exfoliants, or harsh skincare products around the brow area for at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Aftercare
What should I avoid after brow lamination?
For the first 24–48 hours, avoid getting your brows wet, excessive sweating, steam rooms, saunas, and oil-based products.
Can I use brow products after my treatment?
Yes, once the recommended aftercare period has passed.
How often should I have my brows laminated?
It is generally recommended to wait 6–8 weeks between treatments.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
